About the Journal

The International Critical Childhood Policy Studies Journal is an open-access, peer-reviewed e-journal for researchers, practitioners, and activists concerned with critical (e.g. intersectional race/class/gender/sexuality studies, poststructural, feminist, postcolonial/decolonial, postfoundational or posthumanist studies ) examinations of childhood policy conceptualizations and practices in a range of fields. Research projects and theoretical papers related to complexity, social justice, equity, and the reconstitution/reinscription of privilege, inclusion/exclusion are highly encouraged.

All submissions are encouraged and welcomed.  Independent peer reviewed articles should be submitted for review under the Submissions tab to the Independent Peer Reviewed Articles Section of the journal.  Proposals for special issues can be suggested to the editors (see above) or under the Submissions tab to the Proposals for Special Issues Section for consideration by the editorial team.
